How do we practice erotic embodiment with your Glow Flow Sensual Yoga? In our sessions together we will be engaging in natural movement practices that ignite sensual confidence and liberation. Together with other like minded women on similar journeys we will move through shame fear or lack of knowledge about your body to empower you to show up with your goddess in full glow.

Our natural energy is sensual and powers so much of our decision making our mood and relationships. When we are able to embody all parts of ourselves we stop living a fractured existence that is not fit for you. You were meant to be curious learn lessons play through personal discoveries and fill your cup with love in every form.

Starting on December 21st Winter Solstice we will begin our Glowing Your Goddess Yoga Erotic Embodiment Group. Our group will be held twice a month in person.

Our group will be an intimate and ongoing safe space to explore how to be whole present and emerge into the ever-evolving sensual goddess you are.

Why do we begin our group's journey on Winter Solstice? I chose this as our opening day because it represents so much of what erotic embodiment entails. In winter everything lies dormant in the silent earth it is a sacred time of rest and reflection before the awakening and the slow build toward brighter days.Although many of us hear the call of our inner desires and dreams it is often difficult to find the path forward to our own awakening.

The energy of winter is that of going within. It's the fruitful darkness and silence out of which our soul's yearnings and new inspirations can eventually emerge. As we consciously link our awareness to nature's cycles our understanding of our own personal growth cycles begin to deepen.

The light of the Sun begins a new solar cycle at Winter Solstice. The rays shine into the dark and nurture the newborn life there to be cultivated. And this is mirrored in nature as the seeds are buried in the darkness of the Earth to emerge once again with the life-giving rays of the Sun.

Learning to explore deeply is opening to the ultimate possibility of your life. Your internal awakening opens the door to a truly unimaginable possibility.

When you learn to explore deeply you uncover your true power & gifts. This is when you begin to believe in yourself again and that is when you become powerful beyond belief.
